INFORMATION

We stand behind the quality of our products. All Metal Services offers a 20-year no-rust-through limited warranty on sheet metal, a 5-year limited warranty on tubing, and a 90-day workmanship warranty.

All warranties apply with the expectation that the unit receives regular care and proper maintenance.

FINANCING NON-HABITABLE

  • GreenSky: Unsecured personal loans, fast approval, fixed rates starting at 6.99% APR.
  • HFS Financial: No equity required, soft credit pull, no prepayment penalties.
  • LightStream: For good to excellent credit, rates from ~6.49% APR, no fees.

HABITABLE & COMMERCIAL

For projects involving living spaces (barndominiums, apartments) or commercial workspaces, the process is comprehensive.

  • Construction Mortgage Loans: Short-term loans to fund construction in phases ('draws'), often converting to a traditional long-term mortgage.
  • Turnkey Services: We manage the interior build (plumbing, electrical, drywall) alongside the financing support.
  • Partners: We work with Truist and Northside Mortgage Group, though you are free to use any lender.
